  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Items without original packaging.
  • Any item returned beyond 7 days from the delivery date.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only if the return is approved.
  • Refunds are processed as a store credit or an exchange (no cash refunds).
